Sports Day
It was fantastic to see so many families at Sports Day this year, it was fabulous to be able to share this event with you all again!
We would like to thank the children for all of their efforts, you made your teachers and your families very proud.
Hoopstarz Festival
What an amazing afternoon Year One children had at the Hoopstarz Festival at Chantry School.

Tritlington children represented our school exceptionally well and we are extremely proud of everyone of you letting your individual lights shine!
Northumberland County Multi-Skills Final

The children in Year 3 and 4 participated in the Northumberland Games Multi Skills County Final via Zoom in school today.  They showed excellent commitment, enthusiasm and teamwork to complete the 5 challenges. The event was organised by Liz Armstrong, our School Games organiser and hosted by Justin Lockwood, former Heart Radio Presenter. The children all performed really well and were a credit to Tritlington School.  It was a massive achievement to get to the final and although we didn’t win, we are all very proud of the children.

Quad Kids Athletics Event
Year 3 and 4 had a great time at Chantry Middle School taking part in the Quad Kids Athletics event alongside other Morpeth Partnership Schools.  The event was led and managed by Chantry's Young Sports Leaders, some of whom are former Tritlington pupils!

All the children competed in 4 events: 50m sprint, 400m run, howler throw and standing long jump.  In each of the events, the children were aiming to achieve the best time or distance they possibly could for themselves, rather than competing against each other. Their scores will be collated and sent to school in the next few days.
The determination and effort put in by all the children was amazing! Well done Year 3 and 4!
